Terms and Conditions for My Future Children

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and My Future Children ("MFC," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the My Future Children web application ("Web App") and any related services provided therein. By using the Web App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Web App.

1. User Registration:

To access certain features of the Web App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

2. Image Generation Tokens:

The Web App offers image generation services through the use of tokens. Tokens can be purchased using the designated payment methods provided on the Web App. Prices for tokens are subject to change without notice. Tokens are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no monetary value outside the Web App.

3. User Content:

By uploading images of parents to the Web App, you grant MFC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such images solely for the purpose of providing the image generation services.

4. Image Generation Service:

The Web App utilizes image generation algorithms to create speculative images of potential offspring based on the uploaded images of parents. These generated images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as scientifically accurate predictions.

5. Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to: Use the Web App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Upload or transmit any content that infringes upon the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Web App, its servers, or networks. Engage in any behavior that could harm, exploit, or deceive other users or MFC.

6. Privacy Policy:

Your use of the Web App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found [link to Privacy Policy]. By using the Web App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability:

MFC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Web App, including but not limited to the use or inability to use the image generation services.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MFC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Web App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination:

MFC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Web App at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms:

MFC may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Web App, and your continued use of the Web App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
